Welcome to AAA TOKEN. By accessing or using the service you agree to these terms, so please read them before you start.
1. Về dịch vụ
AAA TOKEN is an AI API gateway that lets you call third-party models such as Claude, GPT and Gemini through a single OpenAI- or Anthropic-compatible key. The models are provided by their respective vendors; we handle routing, billing and accounting.
2. Tài khoản
You must register an account with accurate information to use the service. Keep your password and API keys safe: all usage made through your account or keys is treated as yours.
3. Thanh toán & tín dụng
The service is prepaid and billed by actual usage. Refund rules for top-ups and balances are set out in the Refund Policy. Prices may change, and any balance already topped up remains usable under the rates applied at the time of use.
4. Sử dụng hợp lệ
You may not use the service for illegal, infringing or fraudulent activity, to distribute malware or abuse other systems. You also may not bypass rate limits, resell stolen keys, or violate upstream model providers' usage policies. Violations may result in restriction or suspension of your account.
5. Khả năng sẵn sàng
We work to keep the service stable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Changes, maintenance or outages at upstream providers may affect availability, and we will announce major changes where reasonably possible.
6. Giới hạn trách nhiệm
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAA TOKEN is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you actually paid in the thirty days before the event.
7. Thay đổi
We may update these terms from time to time and will announce material changes on the site or by email. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
