Refund Policy
AAA TOKEN uses prepaid balances. This policy explains when top-ups, subscriptions and gift cards can be refunded.
1. Consumed usage
Credit already spent on API calls is a delivered service and cannot be refunded. Refunds are limited to the unused portion of your balance.
2. Unused top-up balance
Unused balance can be refunded on request within 7 days of the top-up. Older or partly used top-ups are reviewed case by case.
3. Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice, or paid but did not receive your balance, send us your payment proof and account email. We will verify and refund or credit you.
4. Subscriptions and gift cards
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew, but the current period already paid is not refunded. Redeemed gift cards are non-refundable; contact support about unredeemed ones.
5. How to request a refund
Email us from your registered address with your order details. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; USDT payments are refunded in USDT minus network fees. Processing usually takes a few business days.
