2. Request content

To forward your requests to upstream model providers and return the results, we process the prompts and responses you send. This content is used only to deliver the service, troubleshoot and prevent abuse, and is never sold.

3. How we use information

We use this information to provide and maintain the service, process payments and billing, send service notices, provide customer support, detect fraud and abuse, and improve the reliability and performance of the product.

4. Security

API keys are stored hashed, connections use HTTPS, and balances and billing are verified server-side. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

5. Data retention

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Account and transaction records are retained as required by law and for reconciliation, then deleted or anonymized.

6. Your choices

You can update your details, rotate or disable API keys at any time from your account page, and contact [email protected] to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will announce material changes on the site or by email, and continuing to use the service means you accept the updated policy.
